Good to know

Questions, answered.

Which SkinCeuticals vitamin C serum is right for me?
C E Ferulic (15% vitamin C) for normal, dry and sensitive skin. Phloretin CF (10% vitamin C with phloretin) for normal, combination and oily skin, often chosen for uneven tone. Silymarin CF (15% vitamin C with salicylic acid) for oily and blemish-prone skin. Serum 10 (10% vitamin C) for sensitive skin or a first vitamin C.
When should I apply an antioxidant serum?
Once a day, in the morning, on clean, dry skin and before any other product. Follow with moisturiser if you use one, then sunscreen.
What is the difference between C E Ferulic and Phloretin CF?
Both are daytime vitamin C antioxidant serums. C E Ferulic combines 15% vitamin C with vitamin E and ferulic acid and suits drier skin. Phloretin CF combines 10% vitamin C with phloretin and ferulic acid in a lighter texture for normal to oily skin.
Is there a night-time antioxidant?
Yes. Resveratrol B E is used in the evening and pairs with a vitamin C serum in the morning.
My vitamin C serum has changed colour. Is that normal?
Pure vitamin C serums darken gradually once opened. A pale straw or light amber tint is normal. Keep the bottle tightly closed, away from heat and light, and replace it if it turns dark orange or brown.
Are these antioxidants genuine SkinCeuticals?
Yes. The Medispa Edit is run by The Medispa clinics and sources SkinCeuticals through authorised channels. Every product is new, sealed and within date.
