The Medispa Edit is a separate legal entity from The Medispa Clinic Limited. Any reference on this website to a clinic location is provided for information only and does not make that clinic a party to these terms or to your order.

2. These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions conducted on www.themedispaedit.com and supersede any previous terms. We may update them from time to time; the version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
• You must be a resident of the United Kingdom.
• You warrant that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

4. Ordering

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email; this is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we despatch your goods and send you a despatch confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

• Prices shown on the website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate.
• We take care to ensure prices are accurate; if a pricing error is discovered before despatch, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
• We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice to reflect changes in supplier costs, taxes, or other factors.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the point of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted gateway. We do not store your full card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for full details of delivery timeframes, costs, and what to do if an order is lost or delayed.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

You have statutory rights to cancel orders and return goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 8. Our Products

The Medispa Edit is an authorised SkinCeuticals stockist. Every product we sell is genuine, sourced directly through SkinCeuticals, and stored according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

SkinCeuticals is available online and at selected Medispa clinic locations.

Product descriptions, images, and ingredient details are provided in good faith but may be updated by the manufacturer without notice.
